Here's how it works:
Selling your bag is easy, just follow these simple steps:

  • STEP 1  Get started by filling out the form SELL YOUR BAG
  • STEP 2  Once you've submitted the form, one of our specialists will contact you via email or text within 1-2 business days.
  • STEP 3  If you accept the quote we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for your bag. Or we come pick it up (must be within a 50 mile radius of Freehold New Jersey and then pay you Cash)  
  • STEP 4  Once your bag is received and processes through our authenticity team.

STEP 5  If you are unable to upload photos you can also text information and photos to 732-221-6503. Please refer to the submission page for the images and information to text to our team.

Authenticity & Counterfeit Policy
Debsluxurycloset strictly accepts only 100% authentic luxury items. Every bag undergoes a rigorous multi-step authentication process upon arrival.
By mailing your item to us, you agree to the following terms if an item is determined to be counterfeit:
  • Authentication Fee: A $100 counterfeit processing fee will be charged to the sender for the time and resources spent evaluating the item.
  • Return Shipping: The sender is entirely responsible for providing or paying for a return shipping label to have the item sent back.
  • Unclaimed Items: If the fee is not paid and a return label is not provided within 14 business days of notification, the item will be deemed abandoned and disposed of permanently.
