We will ship the same day or the next day of payment being received.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Customs may impose fees and/or taxes on your purchase prior to delivery. To find out more about potential customs fees, please contact your local customs office. You as a buyer are responsible for any and all customs fees and taxes if they should occur. This is not included in the shipping fee. You, as the customer, must also be aware of any regulations that may prohibit the importation of your order. Some countries prohibit the importation of items made with exotic skins.

SHIPPING TO NON-BILLING ADDRESS

In order to protect against fraud, we suggest all items be shipped to the billing address of the payment method. We do recognize that several exceptions to this may be requested (shipping to a neighbor, second home, place of business gift, etc). While we can typically honor these requests, Please e-mail us at Debsluxurycloset@gmail.com  and you must enter the contact information(Name's, Address's, E-mail's and Telephone number's) for the buyer and recipient, as we need to verify buy phone and e-mail to both parties.
This may result in a delay in processing time.

REFUSED /UNCLAIMED PACKAGES POLICY
Refused or unclaimed packages will be charged a 15% restock fee plus all shipping costs.
UPS/USPS charges for both the delivery attempt and the return. Refused or unclaimed packages that are re-shipped will be charged additional shipping costs but No restock fee. Failure to sign, claim and or pay applicable duties (for international orders) will result in the package being refused and returned to us.
